SARDAR a brand name kept on the name of our forefather LATE MR. SARDARMAL JI LADAJI, started the business in 1953, with kerosene and gas stove and other kitchen appliances. Our father had continued his legacy and to step into this new venture the 3rd generation has kept its legs in architectural hardware fittings starting with the brand name SLATE.
With an idea of expansion, a new venture SLATE, looking at the future of developed INDIA with a boom of construction, we ventured into the hardware industry with just one product. Since 2021 we have been adding products to our catalog.
It's not only buying a product, or talking about quality for us. It was about writing a living with our products, "LIVE YOUR LIFE", is what all say, "WRITE YOUR LIFE" in this "LIVING" is what we say. The mission is to cater to all your living needs with our architectural products under our brands and to register a mindset of what premium products are, be it a small product.
We strive to become resource positive – giving back more than we take from the planet. We are working on using plastics that are OK with nature, planting trees, and also catering social services with our association with H.U.M (an organisation for people), We know we can’t do it alone. It takes all of us.
